State of Emergency declared: Kentucky floods kill at least 8, damage widespread with rising waters

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Look for mostly sunny skies Friday at the World's Most Famous Beach in Daytona and other nearby coastal cities with a high near 90 and only a 20 percent chance of rain, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne.
