DAYTONA BEACH -- 99 condos were sold in the Daytona Beach area with an average sales price of $193,470 for the month of March, a marked increase over the same time a year ago, according to the Daytona Beach MLS.
“There has been a $26,000 increase in the average sale price of the Daytona Beach area condos compared to March 2012, that shows continued growth in the condo market,” said Realtor Ron Wysocarski, of Keller-Williams Realty / The Wyse Condo Team.
“The bigger story is that there continues to be an upswing in the condos being sold in our area,” Wysocarski said. “This indicates that the real estate market is continuing to make progress. The condo market is still very strong.”
