Joseph Robinette "Beau" Biden III (Feb. 3, 1969 – May 30, 2015) was an American attorney, an officer in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG), and politician from Wilmington, Del.Biden served as the attorney general of Delaware and was a major in the Delaware Army National Guard.
He was a member of the Democratic Party and the older son of Vice President Joe Biden and older step-son of Second Lady Jill Biden.
