Applied research grants available from high tech corridor council

DELAND -- Since 1996, the Florida High Tech Corridor Council through its Matching Grants Research Program, has leveraged the strengths of the three corridor universities -- University of Central Florida, University of South Florida and the University of Florida -- to assist established high-growth technology firms develop and commercialize emerging technologies.

Awards range from $10,000 to $150,000 and require most businesses to match $2 for every $1 awarded.
