Deltona man arrested inside Altamonte Springs Mall after allegedly using iPhone to take pictures up skirts of teen girls trying on shoes

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS - A 34-year-old Deltona man was caught on surveillance cameras trying to take photos up young teen girls' skirts while inside a shoe store at the Altamonte Mall, police there said Saturday.

Ty Standley was charged after the Wednesday night incident with video voyeurism by an accused over 24 with a victim under 16, according to a report released Saturday morning by Altamonte police.

Standley was in the shoe department of Sears when police arrived and tried to walk away after the officer approacherd him, but was taken into custody, police said. A surveillance camera caught him  bwnding down on one knee, pretending to look at shoes while placing his  iPhone under the skirt of a girl in front of him while she was looking at shoes, police said.

Police said there were two such incidents involving Standley usding his phone to take such photos of teen girls trying on or looking at shoes..
