Former New Smyrna Beach City Commissioner Bill Rogers and his wife, Glenis, pleaded Monday night with the City Commission to consider more cuts to the proposed municipal budget for the upcoming fiscal year. City Manager Pam Brangaccio, former Interim City Manager Khalid Resheidat and Finance Director Carol Rogers announced $461,627 in additional cuts at the start of the meeting.
