Keith Melvin Moses, 19, was arrested following the rampage, police said. Spectrum News 13 photographer Jesse Walden and the girl’s mother were in critical condition Wednesday night.
T'yonna Major, 9; Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons, 25; and Nathacha Augustin, 38 (pic not shown); were all shot to death in seperate incidents on Wednesday, allegedly by by 19-year-old Keith Moses, according to Orange County Sheriff John Mina.
