PORT ORANGE – Police are seeking the public's help in finding a man who exposed himself to three teenage girls at the city amphitheater last week.
A sketch of the alleged flasher was drawn based on descriptions provided by the girls. He's described as a white man, 35 to 45, wearing a hat and sunglasses. He took off in a red or burgandy, four-door car.
