ORLANDO, Fla. -- The weather is simply beautiful here in Central Florida, with daytime temps in the mid-80s and sunny skies with no rain in sight until possibly the weekend. 

Here is the forecast for greater Orlando to the shore from the National Weather Center in Melbourne: 

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 85. East wind 5 to 10 mph. Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 65. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 86. East wind 5 to 10 mph. Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 88. Southeast wind around five mph. Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. South wind around 5 mph, becoming west in the afternoon. Saturday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8 pm, then a slight chance of showers between 8 pm and 2 am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. Northwest wind around 5 mph, becoming west-southwest in the evening. The chance of precipitation is 30%.

Sunday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. Northeast wind around 5 mph.
