What Russian withdrawal in Kherson could mean for the war in Ukraine

The statement is the latest signal that Russia's military may be planning to withdraw from the occupied Ukrainian city. But Ukraine says Russia could be feigning a withdrawal in order to ambush Ukrainian troops when they move into the city. As the only major city, Russia has managed to capture since it invaded Ukraine, Putin will be unlikely to give Kherson up without a fight.
