ORLANDO, Fla. -- Sunshine and plenty of it will be in play throughout the week and beyond in Central Florida, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne.

Here is the forecast through Monday for greater Orlando, Sanford, and Daytona Beach along the I-4 corridor to I-95 and the beaches: Sunshine and then some!

Tuesday: Areas of fog before 9 am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 80. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Tuesday Night: Patchy fog after midnight. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 57. West southwest wind around 5 mph, becoming calm in the evening.

Wednesday: Patchy fog before 8 am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 79. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 57. Calm wind.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Calm wind becoming south southeast around 5 mph in the afternoon.
