Halloween Havoc: NSB cops crack down on public drinking on Flagler Avenue during 'New Smyrna-ween Creepy Crawl'

But all that changed Halloween night.

DELTONA -- The Deltona mother and her children missing since Wednesday are confirmed dead, the victims all murdered, Headline Surfer® has confirmed.
