SANFORD, Fla. -- Sanford Police investigators have arrested Yersson David Solarte Basto, 33, on charges of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation, following allegations that he engaged in inappropriate conduct and sexually touched and/or assaulted two underage females.
