NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla -- Headline Surfer® spoke with Nahum Litt, known by his alter ego, the NSB Shadow, about the hotly-contested district 3 County Council race between incumbent Deb Denys and her challengers, David Machuga of New Smyrna Beach and Justin Kennedy of Edgewater. OSTEEN -- Extreme weather photographer Jeremy Friebel may have captured one of the rarest sights in nature: What appears to be a double rainbow or rainbow on top of a rainbow.

It is one of the most beautiful sights captured on a digital camera by Friebel who routinely shoots extreme weather photos throughout Volusia County.
