If you see this man, 23-year-old Vincent Smith, call 9-1-1. He's armed and considered dangerous and last seen fleeing the scene of a shooting in the 30 block of Henry Butts Drive in an orange Chevy Camaro, bearing Florida tag DGKD87 or a temp tag, BFJ3044, that may still be attached to the car. He's wanted by Daytona Beach police on suspicion of aggravated battery resulting from use of a firearm for allegedly opening fire 12:16 a.m. Friday inside the residence, resulting in four people being shot. The victims, three men and a woman, ages 19 to 21, were being treated for non-life threatening injuries. He's known to frequent Marina Vista, Sail Point Bay Wedgewood and Eagle Oaks Apartments.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- A 300-pound man kicked out of a house party near Bethune Cookman University returned with a handgun and opened fire, wounding four young people, Daytona Beach cops said.

An all-points bulletin has been issued  by for the apprehension of Vincent Smith, 23, an imposing figure at 6 feet tall and weighing 300 pounds; clearly armed and dangerous.

So, it is only fitting that Frank Bruno has been chosen as the very first inductee of the Class of 2015 HeadlineSurfer.com Hall of Fame. When all is said and done, there will be 100 entrants in the inaugural class. 

Most of the inductees are individuals, though more than several inductees are comprised of groups of indivuals, or as entities such as a company or a longstanging tourism event or special cause.
