JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Twenty-eight members of the Mongols motorcycle gang were taken into custody today in a joint operation between the FBI Jacksonville Division, Volusia Sheriff’s Office, and the Seventh Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office.
