DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The sunny skies and seasonably warm temperatures in the low 80s will continue through Sunday along the World's Most Famous Beach in Daytona, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne.

Here is the extended forecast for greater Daytona through the weekend:

Friday: Patchy fog before 9 am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 84. Calm wind becoming southeast around 5 mph in the morning.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. East southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light south in the evening.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 79. Light north wind becoming northeast 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Light and variable wind becoming north northeast 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
