Hurricane News: NSB Counseling Center closing noon Friday

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. -- Our offices at the Counseling Center of New Smyrna Beach and The Center for Behavioral Medicine will be closed at noon today and until it is safe to return as a result of Hurricane Dorian, which is expcted to hit Florida in the next several days.
