DeLand – The Volusia Soil and Water Conservation District will hold its annual tree sale on from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday Jan. 15, at the Volusia County Fairgrounds.

DELTONA -- Describing the living conditions as deplorable, Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies charged a Deltona couple on Wednesday with child abuse after their teenage girl and more than 80 pets were removed from their home.
