New Smyrna Beach cops: Woman charged with conpiracy to commit murder by allegedly hiring hit man

Here is a synopis of what happened as described by New Smyrna Beach police in an emailed press release to HeadlineSurfer.com: On Aug. 21, the New Smyrna Beach Police Department was contacted by the Daytona Beach Police Department with information related to a conspiracy to commit murder. The investigation revealed that the suspect, Pamela Vanorsdale, contacted a male known to her and solicited him to murder another male with a firearm she intended to provide.

NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- Acting Sgt. Brian Page and four officers on overnight patrol with him dealt with a residential burglary to a residence on Wayne Avenue and two separate warrant arrests resulting in transport to the Volusia County Brabnch Jail in Daytona Beach.
