Hakeem Jeffries. State police have charged 34-year-old Christopher Moynihan with making a terroristic threat, which is a Class D felony. Police say he threatened to kill Jeffries, the House minority leader. He is the first pardoned Capitol rioter to be arrested over alleged political violence.

Authorities said the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover was being sent to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, when it was stolen. The SUV was sold to the former Lakers star at Effortless Motors in Riverside. The auto transportation company says it was hit by a "sophisticated cyber-attack." The Range Rover never arrived at its destination, according to reports.
