The wreck at Flomich and State avenues took place at 8:10 p.m., according to a report from Florida Highway Patrol. The rider, identified Wednesday as 54-year-old David Remchuck of Hornell, NY, was thrown from his 2005 Harley-Davidson after he struck a utility pole while westbound on Flomich.

HOLLY HILL, Fla. -- Children can enjoy group activities and field trips with Volusia County’s spring break camps, which are being offered in Holly Hill and DeBary from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. March 21 through 25.
