WWE announcer and Hall of Fame wrestler Jerry "The King" Lawyer apparently collapsed at ring-side during tonight's live "Monday Night Raw" telecast and was undergoing CPR, co-announcer Michael Cole told the television audience just after 10:20 p.m.

Cole emphasized Lawyer's medical situation was not part of a storyline. Lawyer had wrestled earlier in a tag-team match with Rsandy Orton as his partner, returning to the announce table during the next commercial break before collapsing.

"This is not part of the show," Cole said, with a somber look on his face. "This is not part of entertainment."

Cole said Lawler was taken to a local hospital in Montreal after receiving CPR at the scene.

NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- The Bethune-Cookman Wildcats of Daytona Beach returned to the sixth day of practice Tuesday, taking the field again at New Smyrna Beach Sports Complex in full pads during the late afternoon session, with solid results beginning to show.

"We're still just trying to pull it all together," coach Brian Jenkins said. "There are a lot of holes, a lot of question marks, and we're just trying to be detailed and continue to stress and work on the fundamentals. We're just trying to find a way to do it all together, that's the main thing."

OAK HILL -- This little city, famous for Mosquito Lagoon and more recently the demise of its police force, has a connection to Super Bowl lore. It's the winter home of Miami Dolphins great Larry Csonka.
